DESCRIPTION

This position involves executing the reception of clients and all related tasks in a qualified manner with initiative and responsibility.

Additionally, the role requires direct and constant interaction with Caddies, Reservations Agents, Golf Instructors, and other Department Heads.

The candidate will maintain a good relationship with both clients and colleagues.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure all clients are treated in the best possible way.
  • Provide clients with information about all courses.
  • Perform customer service duties at the reception desk.
  • Check golf reservations and confirm them in advance.
  • Register golf clients when necessary.
  • Sell golf merchandise following established standards.
  • Advise clients on their purchases.
  • Carry out billing and payment collection tasks.
  • Handle the cash register carefully and ensure it balances correctly.
  • Follow up on daily developments and resolve any incidents that arise.
  • Receive, process, and direct client complaints to the Department Head or Management.
  • Conduct inventory of the products sold in the shop according to established standards.
  • Arrange merchandising displays.
  • Clean the store shelves.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Work responsibly, knowing all available resources in the company.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the importance of non-verbal communication in interactions.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of clients’ personal data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office XP and Concept.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and German.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative and ability to work in a team.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of environmental management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in a similar position with skills in team management and customer service.
