DESCRIPTION
Attend to all guest arrivals and departures, as well as their requests, inquiries, and complaints.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Greet each guest with a warm welcome, smile, eye contact, and by using their name.
- Manage tasks related to room occupancy and sales.
- Carry out billing and payment processes.
- Receive, handle, and direct guest complaints to the appropriate departments.
- Handle guest check-ins and process check-outs.
- Careful cash handling.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping department regarding room status.
- Support and participate in the training of new team members in the Front Desk department.
- Ensure confidentiality of guests’ personal information.
- Be familiar with and implement proper occupational health and safety policies.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS

Degree in Tourism or equivalent vocational training

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Assistant in 5-star hotels

Knowledge of the Opera system is a plus
