DESCRIPTION

Execute in a qualified manner, with initiative and responsibility, the reception of Arabella Golf customers and all related tasks.

Will have direct and constant interaction with Caddies, Reservation Agents, Golf Instructors, and other Department Heads.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Provide customers with information about all courses.
  • Perform customer service tasks at the reception.
  • Check Golf reservations, confirm reservations in advance.
  • Register Golf customers when necessary.
  • Sell Golf items according to standards.
  • Advise customers on their purchases.
  • Perform billing and payment tasks.
  • Handle the cash register meticulously and balance it.
  • Perform inventory of products sold in the shop according to established standards.
  • Arrange merchandise displays.
  • Clean the shop shelves.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate or higher degree in Accommodation Technician. A degree in Tourism is valued.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a similar position with team management and customer service skills.
  • Languages: Spanish, English, and German.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the importance of non-verbal communication in interaction with others.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of customers’ personal data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office XP and Concept.
  • Basic knowledge of environmental management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention.
