DESCRIPTION

Observe and monitor the pool area during opening hours, assisting guests when necessary.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Keep the pool area in perfect condition.
  • Perform pH and chlorine level checks in the pools.
  • Inspect first aid equipment.
  • Follow company procedures and policies.
  • Report any incidents to the supervisor or Spa Manager.
  • Assist guests in a professional and courteous manner, with a smile and eye contact. If the guest’s name is known, it should be used.
  • Be familiar with and apply proper health and safety policies.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role

  • Possession of the official pool lifeguard certification

  • Training in pool maintenance is required
