DESCRIPTION
Be part of the Finance Team focused in accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Prepare, review and reconcile bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
- Review billing of accounts and maintenance of receivable records.
- Ensure revenues generated in the Hotel are recorded timely, accurately, properly valued and correctly classified.
- Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
- Support team to reach common goals.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English and Spanish
- Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Must be able to use excel.
- Tourism or Administration Degree or
- Superior Grade Formative Course of Administration
- Previous accounting experience will be a plus
