DESCRIPTION
You will qualitatively, autonomously, and responsibly prepare and season dishes following the instructions of the kitchen supervisor during the shift. At all times, comply with the company standards, rules, and current safety and hygiene practices.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Prepare, cook, and present culinary products.
- Collaborate in the setup, service, and dismantling of buffets.
- Check and control the kitchen equipment, reporting any incidents accordingly.
- Monitor and ensure the conservation and utilization of the products available.
- Check the condition of the storage rooms and temperatures.
- Date the goods and perform logical rotation.
- Ensure the hygienic condition of the area.

- Minimum qualification:
- Vocational Training Higher / Intermediate Grade
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Professional Category: Employee
- Residence: Vacant Province
