DESCRIPTION
Ensure that all treatments are carried out to the highest quality standards and that established goals are achieved.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Will be responsible for the equipment, products, cleanliness, and hygiene of the treatment areas.
- Must be fully informed at all times about all treatments and promotions offered.
- Will be responsible for achieving the sales targets set by the department head (Spa Manager).
- Assist other team members when required by the department head.
- Will be responsible for maintaining a high level of treatment quality and service.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS

Official qualifications in Aesthetics and Massage/Physiotherapy

Secondary Education Certificate (ESO) or equivalent

1–2 years of experience in the role

High level of English or German, and Spanish is essential
