DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage in the development and implementation of departmental strategies. Ensure the execution of brand service strategy and the adoption of initiatives aligned with it.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Supervise daily operations of the Food & Beverage shift, ensuring compliance with all departmental policies, standards, and procedures.
- Lead the team with a hands-on, operational approach.
- Coordinate cleaning programs in all Food & Beverage areas (e.g., general cleaning), identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Manage departmental operations to maximize occupancy and revenue. Ensure that all team members and supervisors understand and apply the brand-specific philosophy.
- Assist the Director of Food & Beverage and management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, mentoring, and developing staff.
- Use budgets to understand financial goals, plan departmental actions and events, oversee purchasing, and control costs.
- Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solutions and solve problems.
- Act as a representative of the Director of Food & Beverage in their absence, if needed.
- Report guest feedback or complaints to the Director of Food & Beverage and implement appropriate responses.

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)
