DESCRIPTION
Assist guests upon arrival and departure, as well as with any requests they may have.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Manage the control, storage, and transportation of guests’ luggage within hotel premises or at entry/exit points.
- Carry out simple errands and tasks, both inside and outside the hotel.
- Help maintain order and cleanliness in the reception area.
- Monitor hotel facilities and report any incidents to the appropriate department.
- Drive and park guest vehicles upon request, as well as oversee their security and safekeeping.
- Assist, inform, and advise guests as needed.
- Provide support to the front desk team when required.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS

High school diploma, vocational training, or similar, with a specific module in customer service

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in customer service
