DESCRIPTION
This position involves executing the reception of clients and all related tasks in a qualified manner with initiative and responsibility.
Additionally, the role requires direct and constant interaction with Caddies, Reservations Agents, Golf Instructors, and other Department Heads.
The candidate will maintain a good relationship with both clients and colleagues.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Ensure all clients are treated in the best possible way.
- Provide clients with information about all courses.
- Perform customer service duties at the reception desk.
- Check golf reservations and confirm them in advance.
- Register golf clients when necessary.
- Sell golf merchandise following established standards.
- Advise clients on their purchases.
- Carry out billing and payment collection tasks.
- Handle the cash register carefully and ensure it balances correctly.
- Follow up on daily developments and resolve any incidents that arise.
- Receive, process, and direct client complaints to the Department Head or Management.
- Conduct inventory of the products sold in the shop according to established standards.
- Arrange merchandising displays.
- Clean the store shelves.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Work responsibly, knowing all available resources in the company.
- Demonstrate understanding of the importance of non-verbal communication in interactions.
- Ensure the confidentiality of clients’ personal data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office XP and Concept.
- Fluency in Spanish, English, and German.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Initiative and ability to work in a team.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of environmental management systems.
- Basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention.
- Experience: 2–3 years in a similar position with skills in team management and customer service.
