Night Manager

PERMANENT CONTRACT
The Night Manager is required to audit, balance and consolidate Department ledger accounts, supervise the night audit process in the Opera system and prepare various hotel operating reports as well as balance the end of day reports of the different outlets with the Opera system.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Reconciliation and completion of all daily Desk Agents’ work
•Posting balances to all guest rooms and closing out the day’s transactions
•Running accounts receivable reports, providing next day reports to all the departments, as required.
•Provide guest services to guests during the overnight hours
•Attend to guest’s needs and questions as they arise
•Park cars when necessary to keep the entrance free
•Coordinate with other night shift staff to ensure smooth running of the hotel operations
•Responsible for the evacuation of the hotel in case of emergency.
What’s in it for you:
•To have previous experience in Finance or Front Desk/Food & Beverage cashiering experience.
•Strong communication skills – must be able to speak, read, write and understand English and Spanish.
•Must be willing to work a night schedule.
•Valid drivers license
•Customer orientation, strong capacity to care of the guest
•Knowledge Opera system will be a plus
•High school or equivalent education required (Finance, Tourism).
